The MHP041B-144-HG1-UNNNNN model is designed by Rexroth Indramat which provides high dynamics, overload protection, and maintenance-free operation. The MHP synchronous motor is equipped with a holding brake which operates at a DC link voltage of 24 VDC and generates the holding torque of 2.2 Nm at 0.4 A of the nominal current. The link time and separating the time of the holding brake is 19 ms and 28 ms. The motor can take an electrical connection from the AC 148 V power supply and with the 60-K increase in housing temperature, the motor delivers the continuous torque of 2.7 Nm at the continuous current of 5 A while operating at a standstill position. The MHP synchronous motor is designed to operate at the current of 1.9 A to deliver the nominal torque of 0.64 Nm at the base speed of 4000 rpm. The motor feedback uses an incremental encoder with a 2048 resolution to control the speed and position of the motor.
The model MHP041B-144-HG1-UNNNNN can be used under adverse environmental conditions and its housing is completely protected against the ingress of dirt and low-pressure water jets due to its IP 65 protection category.
