The MHD115B-024-PG0-AA is a synchronous motor that has been designed for high torque applications in industrial assembly lines. This model is known for its ability to generate a high power output and various operating speeds. Like other Rexroth motors, this model has been provided with high quality permanent magnets that are needed for generating a high magnetic flux. With the help of the high energy density produced by the permanent magnets, this motor can maintain a high torque output at various speeds. This motor has been designed with a DIN compliant flange and has the ability to integrate with various types of host machines. The motor is also safe from the harmful effects that are caused by the ingress of water jets, oils, non-corrosive particles, and emulsions.

The MHD115B-024-PG0-AA also has the ability to operate in tough external conditions and can be used in all climates with a maximum and minimum ambient air temperature of 40 °C and 0 °C. The motor also has the ability to maintain a constant torque output and the peak torque output can be used throughout the speed range. This is possible because of the electronic commutation that is used in this model as a replacement for the conventional brushed design.
