The MHD115B-024-PG0-AA is a servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. The model combines the 115 frame size with winding code 024 to provide repeatable rotary motion for indexing tables, packaging axes, and material-handling modules used in automated production lines. By pairing its rotor with integrated digital feedback, the unit converts commanded current from a drive into precise torque and velocity, allowing the controller to coordinate multiple axes without mechanical gear trains. This arrangement supports stable positioning during acceleration, dwell, and short-cycle indexing tasks.

The motor produces 50.0 Nm of continuous standstill torque for static holding or low-speed duty. A 180 mm centering diameter and 192 mm square flange conform to standard mounting faces for the 115 frame, while length class B keeps the overall depth moderate. The rotor ends in a plain shaft, and a shaft seal isolates the bearings from external coolant or dust.
