The MHD093A-024-NG0-BP model is a synchronous motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to perform maintenance-free operations in various automation sectors such as handling systems, machine tools, and packaging machines. The MHD093 synchronous motor is engineered to operate inconjunction with the specified digital intelligent drive controller to provide high dynamics and cost-effective operations. The MHD093 synchronous motor comes with natural and surface cooling options with the housing protection category of IP68. The motor takes AC 325 – 348 V of electrical power through the respective drive controller and the rated operating frequency of the motor is 133 Hz. The motor operating with the surface cooling mode generated the rated torque of 15.7 Nm while consuming the continuous current of 7 A whereas, the synchronous motor with natural cooling mode generates 8.3 Nm of rated torque by consuming 3.7 A of rated current with a 60K increase in housing temperature.
