Product Description:
The MHD115C-058-PP1-BA synchronous motor has its power connector directed to the B side of the motor. This Bosch Rexroth motor has chances of getting damaged due to improper handling, transport and storage. The plastic protective sleeve of the product has to be retained on its drive shaft during storage to safeguard it against mechanical damage and moisture. The device is to be lifted using cranes equipped with sling belts. The unit complies with B05 design in adherence with DIN 42950, Part 1 specifications. Its mounting must be done only in a clean and dry environment after ensuring that its components are clean and free of damage.
This motor must be fixed with its flange using four M12 size screws having 87Nm tightening torque and 8.8 minimum strength. The screwed connection must be capable of withstanding the force acting on the motor as well as its weight during an operation. The plug connectors of the product have to be connected and disconnected only when it is dry and de-energized. The device has to be connected only as per the specifications in the machine manufacturer’s system circuit diagram. Its power connector is fitted using a bayonet lock.
