The permanent-magnet servo motors in the MHD series are low-inertia motors that can be used as servo and main drive motors in applications such as machine tools, handling and automation systems, and food processing machines.
The MHD115C-058-NP0-BN is an MHD servo motor model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with thermal sensors that protect it from damage due to temperature overload and a cooling system that works with natural convection and liquid cooling. It also has a high overload capability as heat is effectively transferred from the stator windings to the walls of the motor housing. To drive machine elements that will be connected to it, the motor features a shaft with a shaft sealing ring and a keyway according to DIN 6885-1. Its motor encoder system for speed control and relative position detection is an integrated digital servo feedback system.
