The MHD115B-059-NG0-AA is an MHD motor with a motor frame size of 115. It has a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 180mm. It uses a plain output shaft, enabling a friction-locked shaft hub connection to drive elements. Like other MHD motors, it can be connected to planetary gearings for the GTS, GTP, and GTM series. These gearings have low weights and exhibit high torsional strength. The motor can be connected to all blower units which are available to the MHD115 series; hence, it can undergo both axial and radial cooling. With an efficient temperature monitoring system, it is protected against thermal overloading. It is also a maintenance-free motor due to its brushless design and lifelong-lubricated bearings.
