This AC servo motor supplies closed-loop torque and speed control for packaging lines, gantries, and general automation where precise rotary positioning is required. Integrated digital servo feedback and a multi-turn absolute encoder allow the drive controller to detect rotor position over more than 4096 revolutions without a homing routine. That feedback arrangement supports accurate restarts after power cycling, stable low-speed control, and repeatable positioning on axes that reverse frequently during normal operation.

The motor delivers a continuous standstill torque of 50.0 Nm, enabling static load holding with minimal temperature rise when the housing is cooled by natural convection rather than forced air. Mechanical interfaces use a 192 mm square flange and a 180 mm centering diameter to align the plain shaft with gearboxes or couplings and keep the mounting face properly seated. The housing is rated IP65, which helps block dust and water jets, and Class F insulation tolerates winding temperatures up to 155 °C during normal thermal loading. Operation is permitted from 0 to 40 °C, and power is routed through an output connector on side B to simplify cable exit planning around adjacent machine parts. Optically measured digital feedback transmits position data with ±0.5 arc-minute system accuracy.

For storage or transit, the unit tolerates temperatures from -20 to +80 °C, and it may be mounted up to 1000 m above mean sea level without derating. The motor has no internal holding brake, so external clamping or drive torque must secure the axis when power is removed or when the machine must remain fixed at standstill. Winding code 035 is paired with the B-length variant to balance copper fill and motor inertia for this frame size, which helps the motor fit common servo applications without an oversized housing. A factory-installed shaft seal protects the plain shaft against lubricant ingress during washdown cycles, and the optical measurement chain supports repeatable indexing and stable position capture during reversing moves.
