The MHD115A-058-PP0-BA is a servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It pairs an integrated digital servo-feedback encoder with absolute position detection that extends beyond 4096 revolutions, enabling closed-loop motion control in assembly cells, gantries, and indexing stations. By linking the drive electronics to the mechanical load, the motor delivers precise speed and position regulation required for repeatable industrial automation. This feedback arrangement allows the drive to compare commanded motion with actual rotor position throughout acceleration, constant-speed operation, and stopping sequences.

At standstill, the motor delivers a continuous torque of 32.0 Nm, providing stable holding force on vertical or high-inertia axes. Its housing carries an IP65 degree of protection, sealing the windings and bearings against dust and water jets encountered on production floors.
