Its integrated digital encoder supplies absolute position data to the drive, which helps the control system retain accurate axis reference during normal operation. The motor uses a plain shaft for direct coupling to mechanical loads, a side A power connector for straightforward cable routing, and natural convection cooling so no external blower is required.
During continuous standstill, the motor produces 32.0 Nm of torque, enabling static load support without overheating during holding phases. A permanent-magnet brake adds a locking capacity of 70.0 Nm, which helps secure vertical or suspended axes when power is off. The housing has an IP65 rating to help keep out dust and water jets in factory environments.
