The innovative MHD servo motors have high-performance data and overload protection thanks to the inbuilt thermal sensors that continually monitor their temperature.
The MHD112D-024-NP0-BN is a synchronous servo motor in the MHD series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a permanent magnet motor with unique materials that give it low inertia and an excellent torque to inertia mass ratio. Its electronic commutation feature allows it to be used for continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. It also has a brushless design and bearings that remain lubricated throughout its operational lifetime. Together, these allow the motor to be operated maintenance-free. The bearings are created for high radial loads, supporting the direct overhung mounting of pulleys and pinions.
Digital servo feedback is the integrated encoder system of the MHD112D-024-NP0-BN.
