Product Description:
When the maintenance-free synchronous servo motors of the MHD series are combined with intelligent digital drive controllers from Indramat, the result is the formation of smart, rapid-response automation systems. The servo motors of the MHD series are permanent-magnet motors with low inertia and high operational reliability. They are used in machine tools, printing and paper industries, handling and automation systems, and packaging and food processing machines.
The MHD112C-035-PP0-BN is a servo motor model of the MHD series by Bosch Rexroth. The synchronous servo motor has a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 130mm. It is well-suited for continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies thanks to its electronic commutation feature. It is also designed to function with a high overload capability as the heat generated in its stator windings during its operation is easily dissipated to the walls of its housing. In addition, the servo motor has thermal sensors that protect it from damage due to excessive heat.
Since its housing is completely sealed, the MHD112C-035-PP0-BN cannot be penetrated by dust, solid materials, or water jets. It has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 according to EN 60529 and can be safely used in harsh environmental conditions. Digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder is the feedback system of this servo motor. It detects the absolute indirect position of the motor within 4,096 motor revolutions and preserves the absolute position of the axis even after voltage switch off. The nominal speed of the motor is 2,500 revolutions per minute, but its maximum speed is 4,000 revolutions per minute. The peak current for its operation is 139.5A.
