Product Description:
The MHD112C-035-PG0-BN is a MHD series motor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Integrated holding brake is not available on the motor but an optional brake rated for 70 Nm torque can be ordered from Bosch if required. Separate plug connections are provided on the motor for the encoder connection and for the power connection. The power connection is available on the side B of the motor. The connection for the integrated temperature sensor on the motor is also provided through the power connector. MHD motors are supplied with power via flange sockets with either screwed connection or bayonet catch. Cables and plugs are not part of the shipment which includes the motor and need to be ordered separately. A bar code label is provided on the motor which includes the motor type, customer, delivery note, consignment and forwarding agent.
Unused MHD112C-035-PG0-BN motors should be stored in dry locations which are free from dust and vibration. Permissible temperature range for motor storage is from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. The motor should be stored horizontally and the protective sleeve on the shaft should be left in place as it protects the motor against moisture and mechanical damage. Upon reception, the motor should be inspected to ensure that it has not been damaged during transportation. The MHD112C-035-PG0-BN has motor frame size of 112 and motor fame length of C.
