The MHD112C-035-NP0-BN is an advanced servo motor. It is part of the MHD product line. MHD motors are maintenance-free motors from Bosch that are suited to industrial applications such as packaging machines and food, machine tools and automation. The motors are brushless and the motor bearings are grease-lubricated for the entire service life. The IP65 protection rating allows use of MHD motors under adverse environmental conditions. The motor winding temperature is monitored and provides overload protection. The favorable ratio of torque to inertia mass leads to high motor dynamics. The favorable heat dissipation from the motor stator leads to high overload capability. Electronic commutation enables use of peak motor torque across a wide speed range. Electrical commutation enables continuous start-stop operation. The data memory in the encoder unit enables quick and easy motor startup.
The rated speed of the MHD112C-035-NP0-BN motor is 2500 RPM. The motor cools via either surface cooling or natural convection. Integrated digital servo feedback is available on the motor. The motor shaft includes a key and a sealing ring. A holding brake is not available but can be ordered if required. The power connector is on side B of the motor housing. The flange size of the MHD112C-035-NP0-BN motor is 192 millimeters. Screws connected to holes on the motor flange allow easy motor mounting.
