The MHD112C-024-PP0-BP is a unique industrial synchronous motor design by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat under ideal operating conditions to operate with a wide range of industrial production and processing systems. This industrial motor is a permanent magnet excited motor; it is also a brushless industrial device that is compatible with a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, and lots more. The electronic commutation of this industrial motor allows it to generate a peak torque that is utilizable over a broad range; it also allows the motor to undergo continuous start-stop operations at a high repeat frequency.
Although this industrial motor is designed to be perfectly safe for industrial operations, operators should ensure that the motor is operated according to the instructions in the housing of the motor to prevent electrical accidents. This industrial motor contains special grease-lubricated ball bearings, which help to reduce the frictional heat generated at the motor’s shaft. These ball bearings have a service life of about 30,000 hours; however, this can be significantly reduced by the overloading of the industrial motor.
