The MHD112C-024-PG3-RN is a servo motor developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. As a closed-loop drive element, it provides rotational positioning and velocity control for automated machinery that requires repeatable accuracy and high cycle rates. Digital servo feedback and an integrated absolute encoder that can track more than 4096 revolutions provide real-time position data to the drive, while the optical measurement method helps minimize hysteresis. The motor is intended for production environments that require stable feedback performance and consistent motion control.

The drive can maintain a continuous standstill torque of 38.0 Nm, enabling static load support without forced cooling. Heat from the winding is removed through liquid cooling, so full output is available across the specified ambient range. A protection rating of IP65 seals the housing against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, and F-class insulation protects the stator at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C. System positioning error is limited to ± 0.5 angular minutes, which supports tight process tolerances in packaging, printing, and handling cells.
