Product Description

The MHD112C-024-NP0-LN from Rexroth Indramat is a compact, durable, and efficient AC synchronous servomotor, which is designed and manufactured to optimize cost without sacrificing all the high functionalities of the MHD-type motor series.

The motor size and frame length are described by the code ‘MHD112C’, which implies a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 130mm. It has a length of 458mm, and weights 5.7kg. The performance specifications, according to the natural convection cooling options, 60k overtemperature testing, and the motor’s 024 winding code are specified as follows: It can produce a continuous torque of 38Nm at standstill and a rated torque of 16.6Nm at standard operation. The nominal speed is at 2500min-1, at which it can safely deliver its rated torque without risk of overheating. For extra juice, the motor can be clocked at a maximum speed of 4000min-1. Also, at the maximum current capacity of 120A, it can generate a maximum permissible torque of 148Nm for a period of 400ms.

This maximum current capacity is just a tolerance level, the motor operates at 8.2A for its nominal performance.
