The MHD112B-058-PG0-AN is a highly advanced industrial synchronous motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy required by industrial production machines for optimum operation. This electrical motor is a highly compact device that meets the IP65 protection class; it is also covered by a black coat that is resistant against the interference of corrosive liquid materials such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and even hydraulic oil. The MHD112B-058-PG0-AN industrial motor features a brushless design; this allows it to operate with increased efficiency and reduced noise. This motor can also carry out a continuous start-stop operation with a high repeat frequency.
The MHD112B-058-PG0-AN industrial motor contains digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder; this encoder converts the physical movements of the motor into digital signals, which the drive controller can use to control the operator of the motor in real-time. This motor contains a plain output shaft through which the kinetic energy generated by the motor can be smoothly transmitted to the industrial machine. The heat generated in this motor is regulated via natural convection; this motor can also be equipped with an external air blower which helps to regulate the motor’s internal temperature by surface cooling. The motor contains special grease-lubricated ball bearings, which helps to reduce the frictional heat generated by the motor during operation.
