The Bosch Rexroth MHD112B-058-NG1-AN synchronous motor supports digital servo feedback by means of its encoder. This motor must neither be installed nor operated in either a damaged or defective state. This product has to be installed, operated and serviced only as per the environmental conditions and regulations specified in the associated documentation. The device is suitable for deployment in handling and automation systems. The unit encompasses a 22Nm holding brake. This holding brake works on the electrically releasing principle. The motor is to be used only with spare parts and accessories that have the manufacturer’s approval. It should not be operated for applications other than those explicitly specified by the manufacturer.
The motor must never be operated without the permanent connection of its ground wire. The product has a plastic protective sleeve on its shaft that should be removed only just before use. This sleeve must be kept intact on the shaft during storage to protect it from mechanical damage and against moisture. The device has to be transported and stored only horizontally.
