The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD112B-048-PG0-BN is a servo motor in the MHD Synchronous Motors series. This model supplies rotary power for precision axes in production machinery, packaging stations, and material-handling gantries. By combining a permanent-magnet rotor with integrated feedback electronics, the unit supports closed-loop speed and position control through a compatible drive controller. The motor is built as a compact source of continuous torque that can be mounted directly to mechanical loads without intermediate transmissions, which helps simplify machine layouts where space is limited.
A centering pilot of 130 mm aligns the motor to the machine frame, and the square flange measures 192 mm across to match common mounting patterns. During prolonged stall conditions, the motor can deliver 28.0 Nm of continuous torque, which makes it suitable for feed axes that need steady output at low speed. Heat is removed by liquid cooling, so thermal energy is carried away through a coolant circuit instead of relying on ambient airflow alone.
