The MHD112B-035-NP2-BN servo motor is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It converts drive commands into controlled rotary motion for positioning, indexing, or continuous-transport axes inside automated machinery. By combining high torque density with closed-loop feedback, the unit supports precise, repeatable movement on packaging lines, material-handling gantries, and similar systems. Its design also suits servo applications that require accurate speed control and consistent stopping positions. This makes it suitable for machines that switch frequently between acceleration, dwell, and deceleration.
It delivers a continuous standstill torque of 28.0 Nm, allowing stable holding force without excess heat. Position feedback is provided by a digital servo feedback (HSF) encoder that uses an optical measurement method and relative position detection for rapid homing cycles. The system accuracy is ± 0.5 angular minutes, which indicates the maximum deviation between the commanded and actual shaft angle.
