The MHD112B-035-NG1-BN servo motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the MHD Synchronous Motors series. Acting as a closed-loop drive element, it converts inverter power into regulated mechanical rotation for positioning, feeding, and other motion axes in automated machinery. Tight feedback integration and a liquid-cooled housing allow the motor to sustain continuous duty cycles while maintaining speed and position accuracy in demanding production cells. It is intended for machine axes that require consistent motion under changing load conditions and long operating periods.

The motor provides a continuous standstill torque of 28.0 Nm, which indicates the sustained load the rotor can hold without movement under rated current. The square 192 mm flange positions the motor on standard machine frames. The housing is sealed to IP65, which blocks dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. Integrated liquid cooling channels remove winding heat during continuous operation.
