The MHD112B-024-PG1-AN is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It uses motor size 112 with length B and winding code 024, and power leads exit through a connector on side A. Supplied as a self-contained rotary actuator, it converts controlled electrical energy from a drive into coordinated torque and speed for CNC axes, gantries, and transfer lines. The motor’s integrated digital servo feedback encoder and plain shaft with a shaft seal allow direct coupling to gearboxes or mechanical transmissions, so motion controllers can position loads repeatably without intermediate sensors or belts.

The motor supplies a continuous standstill torque of 28.0 Nm, allowing static holding or low-speed feed tasks without thermal derating. Heat is removed through liquid cooling, which circulates coolant along the stator jacket and permits higher current density than convection-based housings. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, which helps protect internal components from production dust and washdown exposure. For power-off holding, the spring-applied brake delivers 22.0 Nm and disengages automatically when the drive is energized. Continuous operation is rated for ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C, and the F-class insulation provides additional thermal margin when cabinet airflow is restricted.
