The MHD095C-035-PP1-AN is a synchronous motor that has been designed for controlling the speed and position with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness. This model has been designed to function in extreme external conditions and can give its best performance when used in areas with very high as well as low temperatures. The system is used for high operational reliability and can be used with various external platforms because of its flexible configuration. This model has been constructed in line with the IP 65 ingress protection protocols in the industry. This protects the system against damaging exposure to water jets, oils, emulsions, and non corrosive materials. The system is designed for protection against the incursion of oils and emulsions. The stator windings used in the model are able to dissipate a large amount of heat towards the outer walls.

This serves to improve the heat management in the motor and improves the overload capability of the motor. The system is designed with a rated speed of 2000 rpm while the maximum speed of the motor can reach up to 4500 rpm. The motor is reliably lightweight and has a mass of around 22.5 kg. Despite the low weight, the torque output of this model remains high due to the use of very high quality permanent magnets. This motor can sustain atmospheric pressures on elevations up to 1000 meters above sea level. The F class insulation materials used in this model allow the motor to withstand high internal temperatures. There are four pole pairs with this model.
