The MHD095B-035-PP1-BN is a permanent-magnet servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MHD Synchronous Motors series. In automated transfer lines, gantry systems, and packaging axes, it delivers closed-loop rotary motion that can be synchronized with controller commands to position tooling or material carriers quickly and accurately. Its synchronous design supports precise speed and position control when it is paired with a compatible drive controller.

The motor uses a keyed shaft with a shaft seal, and the centering pilot measures 130 mm in diameter to align the 140/150 mm mounting flange. Heat is removed through liquid cooling, allowing the windings designated by code 035 to produce a continuous standstill torque of 17.5 Nm without overheating. A factory-fitted holding brake provides 22.0 Nm of static torque for load retention during power-off states. The enclosure has an IP65 rating to resist dust and water jets. F-class insulation, an optical measurement method, and an integrated digital servo feedback encoder support stable operation, while electrical power is routed through an output connector on side B of the housing and the motor length code B keeps the overall depth moderate.

The unit operates at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and can be stored from -20 to +80 °C. Installation is permitted up to 1000 m above mean sea level, and the absolute position sensor provides Absolute (>4096 revolutions) tracking for multi-turn position monitoring. System accuracy is rated at ± 0.5 angular minutes, which supports repeatable positioning after power cycles.
