The MHD095B-024-NG0-BN model, commonly known as a permanent magnet motor, has an electronic commutation that enables continuous start-stop performance. The MHD095B synchronous motor is specifically intended for use in industrial machinery and can be mounted in any required position. The motor includes a B05 flange with a flange size of 140/155 mm and a centering diameter of 130 mm. If a proper plug is connected, the motor flange socket can be simply turned. The flange socket can be deliberately turned to the appropriate cable output direction due to the leverage of the connected plug. To turn the motor flange socket, do not use any tools (e.g., tongs, pliers, or screwdrivers). The possibility of mechanical damage to the flange socket cannot be ruled out. The MHD095B synchronous motor is totally secured against particulate dust particles and low water jets discharged by the nozzles because of the IP65 classification and F class insulation.
The model MHD095B-024-NG0-BN produces 6.2 – 11.5 Nm of torque under natural convection and 19.2 Nm of torque at surface cooling while utilizing 3– 5.5 A while natural convection and 7.2 A during surface cooling. The motor's thermal time constant ranges between 20 and 40 minutes. The engine weighs approximately 19 kg, omitting the weight of the blower unit and installation equipment.
