Product Description

Here is a powerful synchronous motor from Rexroth Bosch Indramat. The MHD093C-058-PG1-AA motor is made with top quality materials and technology that allow it to operate at the highest level of efficiency and safety. This type of motor features a good ration of torque to inertia mass and as a result, will provide the end user with high dynamics. The overload capability of the motor is high as well thanks to favorable heat dissipation that takes heat from the stator windings to the exterior of the motor housing wall. With electronic commutation, there is the ability to have peak torque utilizable across a number of different speed ranges.

This motor from Bosch features a flange size of 140 to 150 mm and a centering diameter of 130 mm. The frame length and size help in determining the amount of continuous torque that can be provided when the motor of a standstill. For this motor, that number ranges from 12 to 23 Nm.

This like all other MHD motor models come equipped with an integrated motor feedback encoder system. This system provides information on the motors position and ensures that the drive controller has this information at all times. The motor features digital servo feedback (HSF) with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder with the ability to detect the position of the motor over revolution speeds of 4096.

This motor model features a plain shaft with a centering hole to the end which features DS thread. The motor is balanced with a feather key and provides briefly permissible phase current without adversely affecting the magnetic circuit of the motor. This is one of the motors many built-in safety mechanisms.
