Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth MHD093C-035-NG0-AN is an advanced synchronous motor. A synchronous motor is one whose speed is synchronized to the frequency of the power supply. The power to the motor is supplied by a drive controller. The motor sends feedback about rotor speed and torque to the drive controller. The MHD093C-035-NG0-AN supports digital servo feedback. The motor features a plain shaft with a sealing ring. The function of the sealing ring is to prevent leakage of oil from the motor. The sealing ring also protects the shaft and motor bearings from dust and water ingress. The shaft seal and the enclosed motor housing both contribute to the IP65 protection rating of the motor. A holding brake is not available on the motor. However, holding brakes rated for 22 Nm and 32 Nm are available for MHD093 motors and can be ordered if required.
Mechanical specifications for the MHD093C-035-NG0-AN include 130 millimeters centering diameters, 140 / 150 millimeters flange size, 396 millimeters motor length and 14.5 kilograms motor weight. The motor is designed for convection-cooling or surface cooling. The continuous torque at standstill for the 60 K overtemperature condition and natural cooling is 12 Nm. The continuous torque at standstill for the 100 K overtemperature condition and natural cooling is 14 Nm. The continuous torque at standstill for the 60/100 K overtemperature condition and surface cooling is 18 Nm. The continuous current at standstill for the 60 K overtemperature condition and natural cooling is 10.2 Amps. The continuous current at standstill for the 100 K overtemperature condition and natural cooling is 11.9 Amps. The continuous current at standstill for the 60/100 K overtemperature condition and surface cooling is 15.3 Amps.
