The MHD093B-058-PG2-AA is a servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It converts drive power into rotary motion for positioning axes in automated machinery. Its digital servo feedback encoder uses an optical measurement method to send position data to the control loop. This arrangement lets the drive monitor rotor movement continuously during speed and positioning tasks. The encoder also supports multiturn feedback for more than 4096 revolutions, making the motor suitable for coordinated multi-axis applications that require repeatable accuracy.

The motor develops a continuous standstill torque of 17.5 Nm, providing holding force for static loads without overheating. A protection rating of IP65 shields the housing from dust and low-pressure water jets, so the assembly can be mounted directly on the machine frame. Heat is removed by natural convection, eliminating the need for external fans. Reliable operation is maintained in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C, and storage is permitted from -20 to +80 °C.
