The MHD093B-035-PP0-RA is a new generational industrial motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat according to the American and European quality standards. This industrial motor is designed according to the IP65 protection class; it features a brushless design that allows it to operate with increased reliability, reduced noise, high torque to weight ratio, and a longer lifespan by eliminating brush, commutator erosion, and ionization sparks from the commutator present in the motor. This industrial motor can operate over a broad speed range; this allows it to meet the power requirements of a broad range of industrial machines such as food processing machines, packaging machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. This industrial motor contains two permanent magnets made from rare-earth metals, the use of these rare-earth metals is responsible for the low inertia masses of the MHD093B-035-PP0-RA industrial motor.
The MHD093B-035-PP0-RA industrial motor is designed for high radial load; this makes it particularly suitable for pinons and belt pulleys used in industrial production systems. The electromagnetic field generated by this industrial motor during operation can interfere with the smooth operation of sensitive devices such as cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids, and metal implants, to prevent industrial accidents, persons wearing any of these devices should not be allowed to move near this motor.
