The MHD093B-035-NG1-RN servo motor is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It converts drive commands into controlled rotary motion for automated axes that demand precise positioning in packaging, handling, and machining cells. The unit integrates optical position measurement and an internal holding brake, allowing it to follow dynamic trajectories and secure the load when power is removed.
At standstill the motor supplies a continuous torque of 17.5 Nm, letting machinery hold process forces without overheating. Heat generated in the stator is carried away by the integrated liquid cooling jacket, maintaining thermal stability during high duty cycles. Installation is through a square flange of 140 / 150 mm that registers on a 130 mm centering pilot for concentric alignment. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, protecting the windings and bearings from dust and low-pressure water jets common on factory floors.
