The MHD093B-024-PG0-AA is a servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. As a feedback-controlled actuator, it responds to position and speed commands for automated axes that require closed-loop accuracy. Its integrated digital servo encoder supplies absolute position data to the drive, allowing coordinated motion in pick-and-place systems, packaging machinery, and similar industrial equipment where tight cycle timing is mandatory.
The motor can produce a continuous stall torque of 17.5 Nm, giving machinery a stable holding force during low-speed operations. A protection rating of IP65 keeps dust and water jets from reaching the stator windings, while the winding insulation is certified to the F insulation class so thermal limits remain high during repetitive duty cycles. Heat is removed by natural convection, eliminating the need for forced airflow in cabinets with restricted space. For reliable operation in production halls, the unit maintains full output from 0 to 40 °C; it may be stored without power from −20 °C up to 80 °C. The flange pattern of 140/150 mm mates with standard Rexroth gearboxes, and electrical power is supplied through an output connector oriented toward side A.
