Designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, the MHD093B-024-NG0-RA is a frame 093 permanent magnet synchronous motor. It serves as a servo and main drive motor in machines such as printing and paper processing machines, food processing machines, automation machines, and machine tools. Its compact design allows it to be installed in any position desired with easy wiring facilitated by cable sets. It also features a brushless design and uses bearings that are grease-lubricated for the length of their operation. These make it a maintenance-free motor without a lapse in performance or reliability.
The encoder system in the MHD093B-024-NG0-RA is an integrated digital servo feedback (HSF) which provides information on the relative position of the motor during operation. There is no holding brake in this product and it uses a plain shaft featuring an end-sided centering hole with ‘DS’ thread.
