The MHD093A-058-PG1-AA servo motor is a synchronous motor designed by the Rexroth Indramat to offer precise, high-speed rotational movements to industrial production systems. It is designed with a housing that meets the IP65 protection class; thus, it provides the controller's internal components with sufficient protection and allows the motor to operate in industrial conditions considered unfavorable for conventional industrial devices.  The MHD093A-058-PG1-AA servo motor offers a long-lasting, glitch-free operation. It is covered with black paint, which functions to protect the motor's housing from the rapid degradation caused by liquid substances such as dilute acids and water.

The MHD093A-058-PG1-AA servo motor generates an output power of 5.9 kilowatts through the output shaft. Under ideal operating conditions, this motor can rotate at a speed of 3000 revolutions per minute while drawing a rated current of about 10.5 Amperes from the drive controller. The maximum voltage supply for optimum operation of this servo motor is 347 Volts; this voltage should be supplied at 233 Hertz frequency. The MHD093A-058-PG1-AA servo motor makes use of the fast digital servo feedback integrated with a multiturn absolute encoder which functions to transmit positional information of the output shaft to the industrial motor through the motor feedback cable. The drive controller uses the information it receives from the feedback cable to control the operation of the motor in real-time. It is designed with a data memory that helps in the fast interpretation of information transmitted and the output of fast correctional response.

The MHD093A-058-PG1-AA servo motor is designed specially for compatibility with a wide range of industrial machines. It works perfectly at a surrounding temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and at a height not more than 1000 meters above sea level.
