The MHD093A-058-PG0-BA model is designed to operate at the AC input voltage of 325 – 347 V with an input voltage frequency of 233 Hz. The motor housing is insulated under insulation class F and a protective prime black coating is applied to protect it from reactive gases, corrosion, and dust particles. The MHD093 synchronous motor is equipped with a lifetime lubricated standard bearing with a standard operating life of 20,000 hours. Owing to its B05 flange design, the motor can be installed into a vertical or horizontal position on a flat surface. During installation, make sure that the mounting area is clean and the motor is fully functional. The MHD093 synchronous motor must be used together with the modules and accessories prescribed in the user manual. The ideal environmental conditions as per the MHD093 instruction manual are +40 degree operating temperature, 90% humidity level, and 1000 m/sea level installation height. The motor is completely protected under the IP65 protection category and can be mounted under adverse operating conditions.
The model MHD093A-058-PG0-BA operating at natural cooling mode has a thermal time constant of 40 min and the motor operating at surface cooling option has a thermal time constant of 20 min.
