The MHD093A-035-NG0-AA servo motor is a highly reliable synchronous motor designed by the Rexroth Indramat to provide high-frequency movement for industrial machines, requiring precise and accurate movement. It has a housing designed according to the IP65 protection class as specified by DIN EN 60529; thus, it is completely safe from the ingression of dust and low-pressure water projection. The motor is finished with a black varnish to prevent corrosion of the body frame in contact with a dilute concentration of acid and harmful chemicals.
The MHD093A-035-NG0-AA is a modified model which requires a continuous current at a standstill of 100 kelvin 11.4 amperes to generate a continuous torque at standstill 100 Kelvin 18.0 newton-meter. It makes use of permanent-magnet with electronic commutation. The electronic commutators produce a continuous start-stop operation, with high frequency and a velocity of 2000 radii-per-minute. It has a plain cylindrical output shaft with a shaft sealing ring, which permits the smooth running of the motor. The motor is rated at 348 volts and 7.0 Amperes of current.
