Product Description:

The MHD093A-024-PP0-AA servo motor is a synchronous designed by Rexroth Indramat to generate high-speed operations required for the functioning of industrial machines. It is designed with a heat-resistant housing that can operate perfectly at a winding over the temperature of 115 degrees Celsius and in an environment with not more than 40 degrees Celsius for optimum functioning and durability. The MHD093A-024-PP0-AA servo motor has a housing frame size 093A, a centering diameter of 130 millimeters, and a 140-millimeter flange size. It offers ease of use and can be installed at any position between zero meters to 1000 meters above sea level.

The MHD093A-024-PP0-AA motor offers a simple and fast startup with a digital feedback encoder with data memory that ensures the filing of information and saves up new updates. The motor had a maximum mechanical speed of 6000 per minute and a rotor inertia moment of 17.4×10-⁴ kilogram square meter for its very fast startup operations. The output shaft is designed as a smart cylindrical shaft with a keyway fitted with a complete key that balances the keyhole and transmits current with minimal current deflection to prevent the risk of shaft breakage.

The motor is painted in a black varnish which gives it a sleek appearance and its relative resistance against some diluted harmful chemicals and for permission to operate in relative explosive areas. This servomotor produces a continuous torque of 18.0-newton meters when a steady current of 11.4 Amperes is transmitted through it at an over-temperature of 60 kelvin. The winding over temperature of the winding, 115 degrees Celsius, should not be exceeded to avoid a reduction in the motor’s efficiency.
