The MHD090B-058-NG1-UN is a servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MHD Synchronous Motors series. It is intended to drive axes that require coordinated speed and torque control in automated machinery and transfer lines. The motor combines closed-loop feedback with an efficient cooling arrangement so motion controllers can command precise rotary positioning in continuous-duty applications. This makes it suitable for indexing tables, feed axes, and handling systems that must maintain stable motion under changing loads.
This motor delivers a continuous standstill torque of 12.0 Nm and has an IP65 enclosure that protects against dust and water jets. A 140 mm square flange and a 110 mm centering diameter align the plain shaft to gearboxes or couplings without extra adapters. Liquid cooling removes heat from the stator, allowing full torque at nominal current while keeping the windings within their permitted temperature range. Position data are generated through an optical digital servo feedback system in HSF format with relative position detection, and it contributes to a system accuracy of ± 0.5 angular minutes. The motor uses size 090 and length code B, and it has separate power and feedback connectors.
