The MDD112C-N-015-N2L-130PA0 is an AC servo motor. It is part of the MDD series of synchronous industrial motors from Bosch Rexroth. Drive systems with MDD motors are widely deployed for industrial applications such as packaging machines, robotics, transfer facilities and handling equipment. MDD112 motors are specially well suited to applications such as grinding machines that require an extreme degree of synchronism. MDD motors offer a high degree of operating reliability. This is due to maintenance-free operation as a result of a brushless design and bearings that are lubricated for entire service life of the motor. MDD motors support overload protection. A temperature sensor integrated into the windings prevents overload damage. The MDD112C-N-015-N2L-130PA0 motor is available without an optional blocking brake. It supports digital servo feedback. Housing of the motor is suited to natural convection and surface cooling.
