The MDD093B-N-030-N2M-130PA2 is a highly capable servo motor that can be used for advanced control applications related to speed, position, and torque. This model has been designed for optimum performance in dynamic conditions. This motor finds its applications in nibbling machines, handling machines, tool changing systems, and punching machines. This motor is provided with multiple features that enhance its productivity and its ability to control, speed, position, and torque. This servo motor can be used for relative and absolute measuring modes with its optical measuring system. The motor also has a digital servo feedback system that assists in relative measurement. There is no need for a separate incremental encoder in this model due to the provision of the digital servo feedback system. Due to an inbuilt temperature system, this model is protected from overtemperature failure.

The MDD093B-N-030-N2M-130PA2 has protection from the unwanted ingress of harmful particles, dust particles, debris, oils, emulsions, and water jets. This is due to an IP 65 standard ingress protection of its outer enclosure. The winding temperature of this motor is also monitored continuously with the assistance of the motor’s inbuilt temperature monitoring system. The insulation materials provided in this motor can sustain temperatures as high as 155 °C because of the class F insulation materials. The electronic commutation in this model is a major upgrade from the standard brushed motor design. This model can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level. The motor used to be used in areas with a maximum ambient air temperature of 45 °C.
