They also assure high contouring accuracies at high feed rates, especially when they are used for cutting in high-speed ranges.

The MDD093B-N-030-N2M-110GR0 is an MDD synchronous servo motor with a high power density that makes it ideal for highly-dynamic applications like roller feeds for pressing, punching, and nibbling machines and tool changing devices. It has a frame size of 093 and a frame length B with a centering diameter of 110mm. With the inbuilt temperature sensor in its windings, the motor is protected from damage as a result of excessively high temperatures. It also has a high overload capability since heat is efficiently transferred from its stator windings to the wall of its housing. This housing design makes it suitable for cooling by natural convection and surface cooling. It is also completely sealed with an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating according to EN 60529; hence it can be safely operated under harsh environmental conditions.

The theoretical maximum torque of the MDD093B-N-030-N2M-110GR0 is 45.1Nm. It is equipped with a plain shaft that allows the non-positive and backlash-free transmission of torque. It also has a shaft sealing ring that prevents the penetration of the motor housing along the shaft by potentially harmful liquids. There is no blocking brake in this MDD model. The moment of inertia of its rotor is 29 x 10^-4 kgm² and its nominal speed rating is 3,000 revolutions per minute.
