The MDD093A-N-060-N2L-110GA1 is a Bosch Rexroth MDD servo motor with a centering diameter of 110mm. It allows pinions and belt pulleys to be directly attached to its shaft thanks to the suitability of its design for applying high radial loads. This shaft is the plain type with a sealing ring to prevent fluid penetration. It provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and promotes the motor’s durability. Given the brushless design of this MDD permanent magnet-excited motor, its maintenance-free operation is possible. Other features that support this are its bearings that remain lubricated throughout their service life and the presence of a thermal sensor in the motor. This sensor is integrated in its windings and monitors its temperature to prevent overload damage.
