Product Description

The Bosch MDD093A-N-030-N2M-130PA1 is a servo motor. It is specially designed for industrial and commercial applications. The motor has a nominal speed rating of 3000 RPM. It works with both natural convection and surface cooling. Natural convection relies on movement of ambient air over the motor housing. The continuous torque output at standstill with natural convection is 9.2 Nm. The continuous current output at standstill with natural convection is 17.8 Amps. Surface cooling requires flow of forced air over the motor hosing. A blower or cooling fan is required to create the enhanced airflow. The continuous torque output at standstill with surface cooling is 12 Nm. The continuous current output at standstill with surface cooling is 23.2 Amps. Bosch also provides the liquid cooling option for MDD motors. The motor balance class is standard. The side B shaft end on the motor is standard.

MDD motors come with either a smooth shaft or a shaft with keyway. The main shaft on the MDD093A-N-030-N2M-130PA1 motor has a keyway. The purpose of a keyway is to eliminate relative motion between the shaft and the connected machine, and thus to ensure effective torque transfer. The motor shaft complies with DIN 6885-1.
