The MAC132C-0-GD-4-C/230-R-0/DI520LX from Rexroth is a 4500 rpm AC servo motor that has a locked rotor torque rating of 25 Nm. This motor is designed for high-power applications, especially in industrial environments such as the textile manufacturing industry, process industry, and robotics. This particular model comes with no cooling fan but utilizes a natural convection phenomenon to help cool the motor down, allowing the motor to work efficiently under high load and temperature.
This motor has a centering diameter of 230 mm, making this motor larger compared to other motors in the series. To help control the speed, the MAC132C-0-GD-4-C/230-R-0/DI520LX servo motor features a tacho feedback system that sends feedback signals to the control modules to help regulate the speed of the motor, adjusting it according to the setpoint. The motor uses a closed-loop feedback system to keep the control precise and accurate. The MAC132C-0-GD-4-C/230-R-0/DI520LX also comes with an incremental encoder to control the shaft of the motor with high precision.
