The MAC115A-0-FS-3-C/180-B-1/S009 is a 3000 rpm servo motor with a torque constant of 0.588 Nm per ampere of current the motor draws. This motor has a current rating of 48.8 A when it's operating in standstill mode; however, when under normal operating mode, this motor draws approximately 46.2 A of current, making the overall design efficient considering the output torque of 28.8 Nm it is able to provide.
This AC servo motor comes with a centering diameter of 180 mm that allows this motor to keep the shaft extremely center-aligned, keeping the load on the shaft balanced and reducing the overall axial load, which helps prevent the shaft from breaking or bending over time. This servo motor comes with a second shaft end at the rear of the motor, where users can attach an encoder of their choice to track the positioning of the shaft. This servo motor does not come with an encoder. The MAC115A-0-FS-3-C/180-B-1/S009 servo motor offers a protection rating of IP 65 against dust and moisture, especially when it's being used in an industrial environment. The motor also keeps itself protected against class F fires by providing fire protective insulation against fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature this motor can operate on is 45 degrees Celsius.
The motor comes with black prime paint that keeps the motor's body protected against corrosion and oxidation when installed close to the sea or at high altitudes.
