With a torque of 35 Nm and a speed of 6000 rotations per minute, the MAC114C-0-MD-4-C/130-B-1/WI531LX/S023 from Rexroth is perfect for high-speed applications such as drilling and CNC machines. This servo motor draws around 23 Amperes of current and has a locked rotor rating of 37 Nm allowing it to be used in low torque robotics applications as well. The motor requires a 240-volt AC to 480-volt AC power supply to operate with a 3-phase input configuration and a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.
To help keep the temperature down during heavy-duty applications, the MAC114C-0-MD-4-C/130-B-1/WI531LX/S023 servo motor relies on natural convection for which it is necessary that this servo motor be installed in a place with good ventilation and an ambient temperature in the range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius with a humidity rating between 5 to 95 % in order for the motor to operate as intended. When not under use, this servo motor should be stored in an environment with an ambient temperature rating between -20 to 80 degrees Celsius to prevent the motor performance from degrading over time.
The motor shaft also comes with a shaft sealing to prevent dust from entering the motor from the front and also to prevent the lubrication oil from seeping out when the motor is under operation. The power connections of this motor are placed on the backside of the motor which keeps the wiring tidy and also prevents it from accidentally tangling with the shaft and the attached components.
