The MAC114C-0-MD-4-C/130-B-1/WI519LV/S022 series motor created by Bosch Rexroth is a variant of AC servo motors. Servo motors are renowned due to their precision and control applications. The prominent features of AC servo motors are a feedback system and an encoder. These key features help to control the motor's motion. The precision of the motor is controlled by the amplitude and frequency. The motor is equipped with tacho feedback and mounted incremental or absolute encoder. The type of mounted encoder is an incremental encoder with standard mounting. The tacho type is standard in this variant of the motor.
This variant has a natural convection cooling method that represents no external method used to cool down the overheating inside the motor. Instead, the cooling inside the motor is done using the natural movement of air to transfer heat away from the servo-electric motor powered by AC. To estimate the tacho voltage for motor speed above 3000 rpm, 3V is consumed at every 1000 rpm motor nominal speed. The centering diameter is for design B05 and B14 construction style, whereas this motor has standard blocking brakes of 45 Nm torque.
