The MAC112D-1-HD-4-C/130-B-0/DI520LV/S004 is a model of the high-performance AC servo motors of the MAC series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is fitted with tacho feedback and a mounted incremental encoder with shock-damped mounting. There is also a mounted encoder in the motor for position detection and evaluation. The centering diameter of this MAC motor is 130 mm, while its rotor’s moment of inertia is 230 x 10-4 kgm2. This rotor is composed of permanent magnets made of unique materials, so the motor has low inertia. Its suitability for high-dynamic operations is due to its favorable torque-inertia ratio. There are thermo switches integrated into its windings and stator housing to prevent irreversible damage due to overheating.
