The electrical signals generated by the tacho and mounted encoder are sent to the drive controller through special feedback cables. The drive controller uses the electrical signals it receives to monitor and control the operation of the motor according to pre-determined configurational parameters.
The MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-A-0/WA612XX/S005 industrial motor features a brushless design, it also contains special grease-lubricated ball bearings which reduce the frictional heat generated at the output shaft. This industrial motor features an efficient heat transmission mechanism which protects the motor from overload damage by carrying the heat generated at the motor winding to the outside wall where it can be easily dissipated through a combination of natural conduction and convection. The motor can also be fitted with an additional air blower to aid the temperature regulation process.
