This industrial motor is a compact device that meets the IP65 protection class, unlike conventional industrial machines, the optimum protection provided by the housing of this industrial motor allows the motor to maintain a high operational efficiency even when it is being used in harsh environmental conditions such as mining areas and potentially explosive regions. This industrial motor is designed to operate intelligent drive controllers such as the TDM, KDS, and DSC drive controller series. The drive controller functions to control the operation of the industrial motor according to pre-determined configuration instructions.
The MAC112D-0-ED-4-C/130-B-1/WI530LX industrial motor features a tacho feedback and a mounted encoder, these two machine components function to convert the operation of the motor into digital signals that can be interpreted by the drive controller and used to control the operation of the motor. Apart from the high degree of protection provided by the housing of this industrial motor, the motor is also covered by a prime black coating which prevents direct contact between the motor and corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkali, mineral oil, and seawater.
